Double-check both email fields on the Review step before you pay — recipient and sender addresses are shown there with an Edit link back to Details. The recipient email is where we send delivery notifications; your email is where your receipt goes. If something went wrong after payment, email help@i-promise-to.com as soon as you can with your order ID and the correct address — we will do our best to help before delivery.

Can someone send something nasty or threatening through I Promise To?

You are responsible for the promises you write. Our Terms prohibit unlawful, harassing, hateful, or abusive content. We may suspend orders that breach those rules.
