1. Use of the Service

I Promise provides a digital envelope creation and delivery platform. You are solely responsible for any content (including text, icons, names) you write and share using our service. You agree not to send any content that is offensive, unlawful, or violates the rights of others.

2. Digital Products & Payments

All payments are processed securely. Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of our sealed promises, all sales are final. Once an envelope is sealed and paid for, we do not offer refunds unless required by local consumer protection laws.

3. Content Longevity

We aim to store and display your promises indefinitely. However, we cannot guarantee infinite availability in the event of extreme technical issues, service discontinuation, or forces beyond our control.

Your privacy is incredibly important to us. We build products with a privacy-first mindset.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the bare minimum amount of information required to deliver your promise:

• Your name and email address (so we know who sent it and can send you a receipt).
• The recipient's name and, optionally, their email address (only if you ask us to notify them).
• The text and structure of your promises.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information strictly to generate the secure promise link, display the keepsake booklet to the recipient, and handle payment processing. We never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. We do not track you or your recipient across the web.

3. Security

All promises are stored securely in our database. While the links we generate are unguessable, anyone who has access to the unique link can view the envelope. Please only share the link with the intended recipient.
